Low Cal Pasta Carbonara by

Ingredients

Whole Wheat Pasta (Spaghetti,Linguini,or Penne) for 4 servings
1 Tablespoon butter (more to taste)
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
6 pieces turkey bacon chopped
1.5 teaspoons garlic salt
1.5 teaspoons crushed red pepper
1/3 cup low-fat milk
1 egg beaten

Instructions

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the pasta.
2. In a large skillet, sauté turkey bacon until crispy. Then coarsely chop.
3. Once pasta is cooked, do not drain, pull pasta slightly wet (adds texture and thickness) and add to large mixing bowl.
4. Add the remaining ingredients and fold until well mixed.
