Easy pickled peppers by

green peppers sliced in strips
white or red cider vinegar
Place pepper strips in glass bowl or baking dish
cover with mixture of 2/3 vinegar and 1/3 water, making sure peppers are completely covered
sprinkle salt and sugar on top ( or may dissolve in liquid prior to pouring over peppers)
best in done 48 hrs ahead of time.
