Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin by
¼ cup coarse ground mustard
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1¾ lb pork tenderloin
tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
¾ lb pork tenderloin
Whisk together mustard, honey, ¼ cup water,
and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
Place pork in a 6- to 7-quart slow cooker. Pour
mustard mixture over pork, turning to coat all
sides. Cover and cook on Low 4 to 5 hours or
until pork is tender and a thermometer inserted
in the center of pork registers 145 degrees.
Remove pork from slow cooker, and keep
warm. Transfer honey mixture from slow cooker
into a small saucepan; cook over medium-high
heat 5 minutes or until sauce begins to reduce,
stirring often. Serve sauce over sliced pork.
