Carlos O'Kelly's salsa by


1 lg can stewed tomatoes, drained well
1 lg white onion, chopped
1/2 - 1 cup chopped cilantro
1 fresh jalapeno pepper, chopped (use seed for hotter salsa)
1 tsp salt


Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree to desired consistency.

Cover and chill for a few hours.
