Mushroom Florentine (Dad) by


1 lg pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 lb sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c chopped onion
2T butter
s&p (or seasoning salt) to taste


Preheat oven to 350. Cook and drain spinach. Saute onion and mushrooms in butter until soft. Toss spinach with seasonings and place in bottom of 8" prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cheese. Layer with mushroom mixture and remaining cheese. Bake 20 min.
