6 large potatoes

6 large potatoes

Cut potatoes into cubes after washing them
Put in pot cover with water boil on high then turn heat to medium boil for 30-34 minutes or until soft drain set aside
Cook bacon until crisp crumble when cool
Add bacon, cheese, onions sour cream to potatoes
Use hand mixer to mash and incorporate the ingredients serve with your favorite meal
