Easy dumplings for soups or stews by


Mixing bowl
Sturdy wooden spoon
6 cups of chicken broth
2 cups of all purpose flour
2 tbsp cold butter
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 to a cup whole milk
Fork or pastry cutter
Rolling pin
Pizza cutter


Boil your chicken broth add vegetables or what ever you want to put in it then simmer it on low
Mix dry ingredients in bowl then use fork or pastry cutter to add the butter
Stir in the milk until dough forms a ball
Flour your counter roll out dough use pizza cutter to cut the dough and use a spatula to lift the dough
Drop dumplings into broth or stew
Cover and cook 20 minutes
