Rolling pin or meat cleaver
Cutting board
Frying pan
Olive oil
Boneless skinless chicken breast
Large egg
Panko crumbs
Bowl for egg bowl for crumbs


Heat olive oil in frying pan
Beat chicken on cutting board in ziplock bag to not make a mess beat to 1/4 inch thick
Add egg in one bowl and bread crumbs in another
Rinse chicken dip in egg then breadcrumbs repeat steps
Once oil is hot fry on both sides 6-8 minutes drain on a paper towel
