Ingredients

Panko bread crumbs
Large egg
Bowl for egg bowl for bread crumbs
Disposable baking pan
Rolling pin
Cutting board
Boneless skinless chicken breast
Meat cleaver / rolling pin is if you donít have a meat cleaver

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 f or 190 c
Beat chicken on cutting board with rolling pin or meat cleaver to avoid a mess
You want the chicken 1/4 inch thick
Dip chicken into egg then breadcrumbs then egg then bread crumbs again
Bake 20 minutes each side
