Lamb stew by
One large pot, 6 large lamb chops, 6 cut and peeled large potatoes, one bag of baby carrots, ketchup, green beans, garlic salt, meat tenderizer, lid, and water.
Wash your lamb chops in cold water , add to pot with ketchup, seasoning, vegetables , and water. Bring to a hard fast boil, once boiling put on medium heat and cover. Cook for 4 hours, or until the land falls off the bone and the vegetables are tender. Make sure to look for a bone fragment when serving. Serve with your favorite bread and enjoy.
