Steak and Rice with mushrooms and peppers by
one pound of boneless stew meat
two packages of fresh mushrooms
two green peppers
one box of instant white rice
soy sauce and teriyaki sauce
pot to boil rice
Preheat frying pan with oil over medium high heat
Cut both green peppers after rinsing under cold water, cut open and remove seeds and dice into small pieces. Next rinse mushrooms under cold water remove stem and dice into small pieces
add peppers and onions and sauté until golden brown. remove from frying pan and add the stew meat cook until brown and no longer pink inside. Once the meat is done put the vegetables back in the pan to cook together. Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce and teriyaki sauce stir together to coat the meat and vegetables well.
Boil the rice according to the directions on the package. Once the rice is done add the meat and vegetable mixture to the rice. Add more soy sauce if desired serve and enjoy.
