Beef tips and gravy by


One medium sized Bowl filled with 1 1/2 cups of flour,1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp meat meat tenderizer. Another Bowl for eggs. 1 or 2 lb of beef tips, 6 russet potatoes, frying pan, beef gravy, throw away roasting pan, milk, butter, and a pot to boil the potatoes in, potato masher.4 tbsp Olive oil.


In a medium sized Bowl add flour and seasoning and stir. In another Bowl beat two eggs. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add oil and to Frying Pan just enough to cover the bottom. Next wash your beef tips, dredge them in the egg mixture, then dredge them in the flour mixture. Next cook them in the frying pan with the oil until golden brown on both sides. Once they are golden brown put them in the roasting pan and cover with beef gravy. Next cut up your potatoes, put cold water on top of them enough to cover them and add a little bit of salt. Once the water has come to a rolling boil, lower the heat to medium and cook for 30 minutes. Once your oven is hot, put the beef tips in and cook for 30 minutes. Once the tips are done turn the oven off, but leave them in to keep them warm. Once your potatoes are done, drain them and put them back in the pot. Mash your potatoes, add milk, butter, and salt. Mash to your desired consistency. Plate the meat and potatoes and serve.
