Gluten free tortillas by

Ingredients

3 level cups gluten free all purpose flour
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup olive oil
1 cup warm water
1 frying pan or skillet
Rolling pin
Mixing bowl with mixer and dough hook attachments
Whisk

Instructions

Combine flour, salt , baking powder in mixing bowl whisk until combined
Add water and oil. Mix on medium speed one minute then low speed one minute.
Mix until dough forms into a ball and is smooth.
Transform dough to a lightly floured surface divide into 16 equal portions.
Turn each piece to coat with flour then roll into a ball and gently flatten with the palm of your hand.
Cover flattened discs with a clean kitchen towel and let rest for two hours.
After rest period heat up your frying pan or skillet
Roll dough into 6 round discs with floured rolling pin
Cook one minute on each side
Put on plate and cover to keep warm serve with your favorite toppings.
