Non stick baking pan
cooking spray to prevent sticking
mixing bowl and a mixer
spoon to combine the chocolate chips when time so you don't break your mixer
cooling rack
1 1/2 cups of gluten free flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 bag of chocolate chips


reheat your oven to 350 degrees. Combine gluten free flour, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, white sugar. Once combined add your egg and vanilla Add your chocolate chips and mix by hand with a spoon so the mixer does not break. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto baking pan and bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees
