Gluten free peanut butter cookies by


1 1/4 cup granulated sugar the 1/4 cup is to roll the cookies in
1/2 cup or 1 stick of butter room temperature
1 large egg
1 cup of peanut butter or wow butter for those with peanut allergies
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups gluten free all purpose flour
Disposable cookie sheets
Mixing bowl with stand mixer and paddle attachments


Preheat oven to 375 f or 190 c
Cream butter and sugar until combined and creamy then add egg into the mixture then the peanut butter and vanilla mix until well incorporated.
Add salt, baking powder gluten free flour continue mixing until incorporated.
Roll into one inch balls then roll into sugar. Put on baking sheet flatten with fork bake 12-15 minutes
