Gluten free doughnut holes by

Ingredients

Large pot
Oil enough to half of the pot to much and dough wonít fry right
2 cups gluten free all purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp of ground nutmeg itís optional
1 large egg
1 cup whole milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mixing bowl
Whisk
Spoon
Table spoon
1/4 cup or half stick of melted butter
Small pot to melt butter
Paper bags
Cinnamon and sugar
Powdered sugar
Melted chocolate
Plate with paper towel to drain doughnuts
Spotted spoon to remove from oil

Instructions

Heat oil on medium high heat
Melt butter on low heat constantly stirring with whisk
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with butter
Drop four rounded table spoons of dough into oil repeat until dough is gone
Drain doughnuts on paper towels
Put chocolate in a pot and melt it or in microwave
Put cinnamon sugar in a paper bag
Put powdered sugar in paper bag
Put doughnuts in bag shake to coat
Dip doughnuts in chocolate serve warm enjoy
