Broccoli & Cheese Rice Balls by

The broccoli & Cheese rice balls are a delicious meal for your family. These are a fan favorite and are ensured to keep our family coming back to the table. With other great all natural rice recipes, you are sure to find this recipe and other great options.


One 6 oz. package Farmhouse® Broccoli au Gratin Rice
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1-1/4 cups dried bread crumbs
2 cups vegetable oil


Prepare rice according to package directions. Quickly stir in eggs, Parmesan cheese, black pepper and 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Let stand for one hour.
Place remaining bread crumbs in small bowl. Form rice mixture into 1-1/2" balls and roll in bread crumbs. Place in baking pan lined with wax paper.
In small, deep skillet, heat oil to 350°. Cook rice balls until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
