Pasta Bake by

When I make my own sauce it tends to be on the salty side; if it tastes too salty mix in a cup of water with the sauce

Ingredients

1 box pasta
1 jar pasta sauce (alternatively, you can make your own with 1 can tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp. oregano and basil, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste)
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 cups spinach, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degF
2. Cook pasta as directed
3. Heat pasta sauce in separate pot on medium heat
4. Mix cream cheese and Italian seasoning together in bowl (if cream cheese is to hard to stir, microwave for 10 seconds) after mixing, add to pasta sauce
5. Mix in 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese to sauce
6. Drain pasta and place in greased baking pan
7. Sprinkle spinach over pasta, then pour sauce into pan
8. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the pasta and about 1/4 cup breadcrumbs if desired
9. Bake in over for 10-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
