Spinach Pasta by

This recipe can easily become a take on pasta primavera by sautéing and various veggies in olive oil until tender and adding to pasta!

Ingredients

1 box pasta (I usually use spaghetti)
2 cups uncooked spinach
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt/pepper to taste
parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. bring pot of water to boil and cook pasta as directed
2. 30 seconds or so before draining pasta, add spinach to boiling water and blanch until dark green
3. after draining pasta and spinach, add butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to pot; melt and mix
4. pour drained pasta and spinach back into pot and mix
5. add parmesan cheese as desired
