Baked Chicken by

Ingredients

2 boneless skinless frozen chicken breasts
1 cup flour (live G-free all purpose flour is a good gluten free substitute)
2 tablespoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. thaw chicken throughout day or in microwave
2. preheat oven to 375 degF
3. add flour, seasoned salt, and cumin to large Ziploc bag
4. moisten chicken breasts using olive oil (water will also do) and place/seal into Ziploc bag
5. shake bag until both chicken breasts are coated with seasoning mixture
6. place in nonstick or lightly oiled baking pan, patting either side of the chicken with some of the leftover seasoning
7. bake for 10 minutes, then flip chicken and bake for 10 more, or until cooked through
