Baby Back Ribs by


1 onion, peeled & cut in quarters
1 can beer
1 bayleaf
salt & pepper
BBQ sauce


Place ribs cut in to half-racks into stock pot
Fill stock pot 2/3 full of water.
Add beer, onion, bayleaf salt & pepper.
Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 1/4 hours.
Remove and coat both sides with BBQ sauce and let sit covered in foil for up to 1 hour. Grill 25 minutes turning once, adding BBQ sauce as needed.
