Potato and Bacon Salad by

Ingredients
5 hard boiled eggs
8 slices Bacon (or more!)
2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Cup Mayonnaise
3 stalks of Celery, Sliced
2 lbs small potatoes
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
Boil the eggs, cut up potatoes and cook bacon, let cool
Slice 4 eggs and leave 1 for garnish
Chop celery
add all ingredients together and mix
Top salad with a sliced boiled egg and sprinkle with paprika
Store in refrigerator.
