Ingredients
2 Cups Rice Flour (super fine or sifted)
2/3 cup Potato Starch
1/3 Cup Tapioca Flour (also known as tapioca starch)
1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
2 Cup
s Rice Flour (super fine or sifted)

Potato Starch
1/3 Cup
Tapioca Flour (also known as tapioca starch)

teaspoon Xanthan Gum
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and stir with a whisk. Store extra in a container and keep it ready to go!
