Ingredients
3 Cups of Grape Juice (prepared from concentrate)
1 package of powdered pectin
4 cups sugar
3 Cup
s of Grape Juice (prepared from concentrate)
1
package of powdered pectin
4 cup
s sugar
Instructions
In a large saucepan combine juice and pectin. Stirring constantly to eliminate lumps, bring to a full boil over medium heat.
Add the sugar and return to a boil for 1 full minute, then remove from heat.
Makes 1 quart size and 1 pint (5 cups)
To seal jars, process in a pot of boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Then cool before storing, lasts 1 year.
If your family will eat the amount made with a few months, store in the refrigerator and you don't have to go through the sealing process.
