Apple Puff Pancake by

Ingredients

6 eggs
1.5 cups of milk
1 cup of flour
3 tbsp of sugar
.5 tsp of salt
2 tbsp butter
2 apples (cored and sliced)
brown sugar (to taste)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425

Melt butter in a 9x9 dish

Once butter is melted, layer the apples and brown sugar, then return to the oven.

While the apples are cooking, mix the eggs and milk together in a large bowl.

Mix in the sugar, flour and salt until the batter has no lumps.

Remove the apples from the over and pour the batter over the apples. Sprinkle brown sugar on top generously and return the pan to the oven.

Bake for 20-30 mins until the pancake is puffy and golden.

Serve hot with maple syrup or icing sugar.
