Lemon-Blueberry Loaf by

Ingredients

1 pkg Duncan Hines Bakery Blueberry Muffin Mix
2 T poppy seeds
1 egg
3/4 cup water
1 T grated lemon peel

Drizzle
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 T lemon juice

Instructions

Rinse blueberries (from Muffin mix) in cold water and drain.
Combine muffin mix & poppy seeds. Break up lumps. Add eggs & water. Stir till moistened (about 50 strokes). Fold in blueberries & lemon peel. Pour into 8"x4" loaf pan. Sprinkle with topping mix.
Bake 57-62 minutes. Cool in pan 10 mins. Remove from pan and Cool.
Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice and drizzle over loaf.
