Breakfast Casserole - Sandy Falter by

A Falter Family Favorite!


8 slices of bread
3/4 cup melted butter
2 cups ham, chopped
2 cups broccoli, chopped & cooked
2 cups (8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
6 - 8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt or less
1/2 tsp pepper


Cube bread and add melted butter. Toss lightly.

Butter 9" x 13" pan.

1/2 bread cubes
1/2 cheese
1/2 broccoli
All of the ham
remaining broccoli
remaining cheese
remaining bread cubes

Beat eggs with seasonings and pour over all. Refrigerate over night.

In the morning, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or so until puffy and browned.
