Perfect Alfredo Sauce by

1/2 stick or 4tbsp unsalted butter
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
8oz philadelphia cream cheese
1/2tsp ground black pepper
1/4tsp garlic powder
1 small sprinkle sea salt (optional)


In a saucepan, on medium heat, heat butter until melted.
Add heavy whipping cream and whisk.
Add cream cheese and lower heat. Whisk until creamy and smooth.
Whisk in the parmesan slowly. Do not let the sauce boil. Once totally melted, add dry ingredients to taste. Serve over your favorite pasta with or without grilled chicken or seafood.
