Banana Split Parfaits by

Ingredients

6 Cream-Filled Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
1 Medium Banana
4 Scoops Strawberry Ice Cream (1 cup)
2 T. Strawberry Topping
1/2 C. Thawed, Frozen Whipped Topping

Instructions

1. Chop the cookies into crumbs using a food chopper. Cut the banana in half crosswise using the crinkle cutter. Cut each banana half from end to end to make 4 long wedges. Then, cut each wedge again from end to end to make 8 long wedges.

2. To make each parfait, spoon some of the cookie crumbs into the bottom of 2 glasses. Top each with one scoop of ice cream with a dipper, use the back of the dipper to press down the ice cream. Spoon some more of the cookie crumbs over the layer of the ice cream. Top each glass with one more scoop of ice cream. Press the ice cream down again.

3. Put 4 banana wedges standing up along the edge of each glass. Drizzle the ice cream topping over the ice cream. Decorate the top of each parfait with the whipped topping. Makes 2 servings.
