Creamy Bacon Ranch Chicken-Slow Cooker by


1.5-lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 8-oz package cream cheese
1 1-oz package of Ranch dressing seasoning
4-oz of bacon (about 1/2 a package), cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


1. Place chicken breasts in bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker. Top with cream cheese and seasoning packets.

2. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or until chicken shreds easily.

3. Shred chicken inside the slow cooker using two forks, and combining with the cream cheese and seasoning. Add in the cooked bacon and stir to combine.

4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover and continue to cook on low until the cheese has melted (about 15 minutes). Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve on top of toasted buns.
