Hot and Healthy Steak Stir Fry by


Steak Strips (Sirloin)
2 Cloves of Garlic (diced)
1 Whole Pepper (Sliced)
4 Scallions (chopped)
Green Beans
1 Red Chilli
1 Tbps of Sriracha
1 Lime
Salt & Pepper


Heat wok over medium/high heat and add steak and season with salt and pepper. Turn constantly for 3-4 minutes and empty into bowl and set aside.
Add more oil to wok and add garlic (careful not to burn), green beans, scallions, peppers, red chilli, ginger, sriracha and stir constantly.
After 3-4 minutes add steak back to wok and add more salt & pepper and lime (squeezed)
Serve immediately
