Casein/Protein & Banana/Chocolate Pancakes by


1 scoop casein/protein
2 Eggs (or egg whites)
1 banana/ 25g 85% dark chocolate


First peel and mash your banana in a bowl.
Add in your eggs and whisk until a smooth batter forms.
Add 1 scoop of oats.
Finally add in your protein/ Casein powder and mix until you get a thick consistency can also add in some cinnamon here if you want).
Heat some oil in a frying pan over a low heat, then spoon in a quarter of your mixture and allow to cook for 1-2 minutes or until bubbles begin to form on the surface of the pancake.
Using a spatula, flip the pancake over and cook for a further 30-60 seconds. Repeat with the rest of your batter and enjoy!
Can add toppings such as fruit or low fat yoghurt if you want!
