Sweet minty potatoes by
- bag of new baby potatoes
- finely chopped dried mint
- maple syrup
1. Peel the potatoes lightly and boil them
2. Drain the potatoes
3. Melt a nice amount of butter in a pot (heat 4/5)
4. Throw the potatoes in. Give it a stir.
5. Give that a moment.
6. Then drizzle with maple syrup
7. Let that bubble away for 5 minutes
8. Then sprinkle the mint over it
Good with a nice steak or chicken
Also good to pop in the oven or microwave with some Gouda cheese on top
