Chines Chicken Noodle soup by

1pound Chicken
1-2 packs ramen noodles
10 baby carrots cut into spears
1 small onions
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp seasome seed oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
Chicken broth till just covering ingrediants


Before you start you must have a steamer

Cut your onion into 8 large pieces and cut baby carrots into spears. Put water in steamer, wet raman noodles put in steamer basket next add onions and, carrot spears steam till noodles are done. Filet chicken in one inch to one and a half inches pieces. Place chicken into large pot add seasome oil, minced garlic, ground ginger and, soy sauce stir to coat chicken and begin cooking chicken till white. Add your steamed vetables, noodles and, broth to cooked chicken and simmer for for 15 to 20 minutes. Server warm enjoy.
