Chicken Parmesan by


4 chicken breasts
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs
26 oz spaghetti sauce
1 cup mozzarella
1/2 cup Parmesan


Preheat oven to 200 Celsius
Wash and dry breasts. Mix egg and milk well in flat container big enough for breasts. Coat breasts with flour, shake off excess, coat in egg mixture and then breadcrumbs.
Fry breasts until cooked through.
Put half of sauce in casserole dish, put breasts on top, pour remaining sauce over breasts.
Sprinkle Parmesan, then mozzarella on top
Bake for 30 minutes.
