Ingredients

2 Green Onions
1/3 Cabbage
1 pkg Stir Fry Beef
1/2 pkg of rice noodles thin (aka rice sticks)
1/2 cup matchstick carrots
Soy sauce
Canola oil

Instructions

Soak noodles in cold water. Chop cabbage and onions for prep.

In preheated wok or good sized pan, pour roughly 1 tbsp canola oil. Brown beef. Add onions. Add carrots. Allow carrots to cook for roughly 2 minutes before adding noodles little by little. It's advisable to cut your noodles before you put them in since they're really really long. Stirring continuously, pour in soy sauce to taste. Add cabbage. Cook for another minute or so, still stirring. The cabbage should be slightly cooked and still crunchy. Serve hot with soy sauce. Yummy!
