Pork Chops & Gravy - IP by

If using two pork chops cut the amount of potatoes and onion in half but use the same amount of ingredients for the sauce.

Ingredients

1.5 # Any Type of Potatoes. Slided into Halves or quarters
1 Onion - Diced
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Can Beef Broth
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Packet of Dry Onion Soup Mix
2 Tbs Steak Sauce or Catsup
2 Bone in Thick Pork Chops

TO THICKEN GRAVY
3 Tbs Flour or Corn Starch
3 Tbs Water

Instructions

Slice potatoes in half and again into quarters if needed.

Dice the Onion.

Place Potatoes and onion into a bowl and season with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder. Gently Toss
Add beef broth, mushroom soup, dry onion mix and steak sauce into the instant pot.

Season both sides of the pork chops with garlic powder and black pepper. Place the pork chops into the gravy mixture on a trivet.

Place steamer basket with potatoes and onions on top of pork chops.

Cook in the instant pot for 8 minutes followed by a quick pressure release.

Remove everything and set aside. Set instant pot to saute. Stir corn starch and water together in a small bowl and whisk into the gravy mixture until thickened.
