Grilled Zucchini by


2 large zucchinis
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Salt and Pepper to taste


1. Slice zucchini into 1/4 inch slices or lengthwise in wedges. Toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper
2. Place on a hot grill and grill about 4 to 5 minutes or until nice grill marks appear and the zucchini is slightly limp. Serve and enjoy.
