water
vinegar

Instructions

makes 24

mix 2 1/4 c. flour and 1.5 t salt
cut in 1 stick cold cubed butter

Beat 1 egg, 1/3 cup ice water, t T white vin
Add wet to dry

form, knead, chill 1 hour

roll out, cut
