Shallots
Scallions
Ginger
Oil
Sugar
Garlic
Salmon
Coconut Juice
Chili peppers
fish sauce
Soy sauce

Instructions

Pick cast iron big enough for salmon and green beans
Sauté oil, sugar, Minced shallots, scallions, ginger and garlic
Add and sauté minced thai Chilis
Add: 1.5 T fish, 1 T sugar, 1 T soy, s/p
Bring to boil, add salmon fillet skin up, lower heat, simmer 4 min, flip
Add coconut water to nearly cover salmon
Add green beans
Cook down sauce, add scallion tops
