Cake Mix Cinnamon Rolls by


2 (1/4 oz.) packages active dry yeast
2 & 1/2 cups warm water ( 110*F - 115*F)
1 package yellow cake mix
4 & 1/2 cups flour
4 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon


Dissolve yeast in warm water; add cake mix and flour. Knead for 5 minutes. Let rise until double in size. Divide in two parts. Roll out one at a time to 1/4 inch thickness. Brush butter over entire surface of dough. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle half of mixture over dough. Roll up tightly like a jelly roll, and cut into 1-inch thick slices. Repeat with second ball of dough. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350*F for 20-25 minutes.

Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting!
