Country Morning Muffins by


1 cup fresh/frozen fruit
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Cut fruit into small pieces. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and fruit. Beat eggs, butter and milk; add to flour mixture. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake at 400*F for 15 minutes.
