Egg Rolls by

Ingredients

1 bag coleslaw mix
1 pound of meat ( chicken, seafood, or hamburger and sausage)
2 cloves garlic, minced (about 1 teaspoon)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup onion, diced
2 Tablespoons sweet and sour sauce
1 Tablespoon Sriracha
egg roll wrappers
oil for frying

Instructions

In a large skillet, Brown meat. Then mix in all ingredients, mix well. Cook covered on medium heat for 5 minutes. Roll mixture into egg roll wrappers with about 2 Tablespoons of mix in each wrapper. Fry about 2 minutes on each side and drain on paper towels.
