Crockpot Bowtie Casserole by


1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 (10 oz.) bag frozen spinach, thawed (or fresh)
16 oz. bowtie pasta, cooked
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 & 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided


Brown ground beef with onion and garlic, drain fat. Put into crockpot and add sauce, tomatoes and seasonings. Cook 6-7 hours on low. Add last four ingredients during the last 30 minutes and mix well. Add the last 1/2 cup of mozzarella to the top.
