Philly Cheesesteak Sliders by


1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 pound ground beef
2 Tablespoons A1 steak sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
Salt and pepper
4 dinner rolls
Cheese, Mozzarella or White American


In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil, onion and bell pepper. Cook until soft and starting to brown. Add ground beef and cook, drain the fat. Add A1 and beef broth. Season with salt and pepper, bring to boil and cook 2 minutes. Toast the rolls. Scoop meat mixture onto the rolls and top with cheese.
