Pie Crust from Cake Mix by
Change the flavor of your pies by using a cake mix.
Cake mix - any flavor
3 egg yolks
1 Tablespoon butter, softened
Tablespoon butter, softened
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Turn dough out onto lightly floured counter and knead until well combined. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill at least 15 minutes. Divide into half and roll out dough. Place in pie pans and prick bottom with fork. Bake at 350*F for 20-25 minutes for full size pie shells. Bake at 350*F for 5-7 minutes for mini pie shells.
Pie crust must be used as an already baked pie shell
