Cream Cheese Frosting 2 by


1/2 cup shortening
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 Tablespoon vanilla
2 pounds powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt


Mix together, shortening, butter and cream cheese until creamy. Add vanilla. Slowly add salt and powdered sugar. Make sure everything is well combined. Frost cakes!
