Sopapilla Cheesecake by


2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, room temperature
2 (8 oz.) packages crescent rolls
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup cinnamon/sugar


Unroll one package of crescent rolls and flatten in bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread over crescent rolls. Unroll other can of crescent rolls and place on top of cream cheese mixture. Pour butter over top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350*F for 30 minutes.
