Cottage Cheese Cheesecake by


1 & 1/2 cups sugar
1 pound creamed cottage cheese
1 pound cream cheese
1 pint sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 eggs
3 Tablespoons flour
3 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 & 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 & 1/2 teaspoons vanilla


Cream together cream cheese and cottage cheese. Add eggs, one at time. Add sugar, flour, cornstarch, lemon juice and vanilla. Add melted butter, then sour cream. Pour batter into 10-inch butter buttered spring-form pan. Bake at 325*F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Turn off oven, leave cake in oven for 2 hours until slightly cooled. Refrigerate until cold before serving.
