Marshmallow Creme by


2 egg whites, room temperate
3/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla


Beat egg whites until stiff in a medium bowl. In a saucepan, cook corn syrup, water and sugar until 240*F, soft ball stage. Remove from heat, slowly beat syrup into egg whites, then vanilla. Beat until thick and smooth.
